9 months

Here are my pictures from 9 months (36 weeks).  As of today I am 38 weeks.   Only 2 more weeks...

Gummy Bears

This past Wednesday marked 32 weeks.   Only 7 more weeks to go...

Still feeling good.. other than the early morning leg cramps, hip pains and acid reflux.  :o)

DIY Barrette holder

Ryan thinks I have been "nesting" this past weekend.  I just wanted to get things done around the house.  I organized my closet, the kitchen cabinets (putting glasses away to make room for bottles) and worked on getting the nursery together.

I found a little tutorial online on how to make a barrette holder.  I have 4 frames that were used at my shower to display ultrasound photos and photos of Ryan and I.  I used these frames to  make the barrette holders.

 A few pictures from the process...

Here is what I started with.. 

I used acrylic paint and painted the frames white.

While they were drying Ryan cut out the foam for me. 

 The fabric was already cut and in the frames.  I put the piece of foam behind the fabric and then cut out ribbon.  The ribbon was then glued stapled to the back (The glue just wasn't working out and I was being inpatient).

Here is the final project... with one little barrette waiting to go in Kinley's hair.

Pumpkin Hunting

This morning we took a little trip to Flower Mound, TX to get a pumpkin.  It was a beautiful drive and the dogs got to meet lots of little kids.

Then our afternoon was spent relaxing and watching the Mizzou game.  Ryan and the dogs were beat...

7 Months

We are moving right along with this pregnancy.  This past week marked the start of our 7th month.

Still no crazy cravings and weight gain is up to 20lbs.

Belly

Here is a recent belly picture, taken last night.  I will be 7 months this week.  Almost big enough to set my dinner plate on. 

Kinley's Shower

My family gave us a surprise baby shower while I was visiting Pennsylvania.  My best friend, Kaleena put together the decorations.  It was a beautiful shower and I enjoyed seeing everyone from home.  We got lots of wonderful things and Kinley will be one stylin' girl.  Here are some pictures from the event.

6 months

I know I am slacking behind...  We have been busy

We made a trip to Missouri for Ryan to be part of his best friends wedding, then we flew to Pennsylvania for a trip home to see our families (more on that later)

Current weight gain: 11-15 lbs

Update: Feeling MUCH better, no more nausea and daily zofran

Bathing suit shopping

Shopping for bathing suits can sometimes be a challenge for Ryan. We were at the Galleria Mall today and he tried on about 15 pairs. We finally found one that fit and he liked. Here is a picture of one that definitely did not work out.

Baby stuff

We have been busy doing baby things, but there is a long way to go. What color crib? Do we want a themed nursery? There are so many options out there. Recently Ryan and I went to Babies-R-Us to start a registry. Needless to say Ryan had control of the scan gun, so there might be some goofy things on that registry. It was a fun time but a bit overwhelming.
